Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create a TraderCater account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tradercater.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

TraderCater lets you log, import, and analyze your trading activity, including via AI-assisted extraction of trade data from screenshots (e.g. MT5 mobile history). We provide analytics, journaling tools, and export features to help you review your own trading performance.

TraderCater is an analytics and journaling tool only. Nothing in the app — including statistics, insights, streaks, or AI-generated summaries — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice.

We do not recommend trades, strategies, brokers, or instruments. All trading decisions are yours alone, and you accept full responsibility for them. Trading carries substantial risk of loss, and past performance shown in your journal does not guarantee future results.

Our screenshot-import feature uses AI to read trade data from images you upload. While we tune this for accuracy on common formats (e.g. MT5 mobile), AI extraction can make mistakes — misread numbers, symbols, or dates. You're responsible for reviewing extracted trades before relying on them, and we recommend spot-checking imported data against your broker's records, especially for anything used in tax reporting or performance evaluation.

TraderCater offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Pro, with Pro+ coming soon). Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless otherwise stated) via our payment processor, Flutterwave.

• Subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle until cancelled
• Prices are shown in-app at the time of purchase and may change with advance notice
• Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details

You agree not to:

• Use TraderCater for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the platform
• Upload content you don't have the right to upload, or that infringes another party's rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure or security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the trade data, screenshots, and notes you upload. By using TraderCater, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your trading data to train third-party AI models or share it with other users.

TraderCater's brand, design, code, and features are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform outside of your permitted use of the service.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk, with notice where reasonably possible.

TraderCater is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-extracted data will always be perfectly accurate. We work to keep things reliable, but you use the platform at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderCater and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including trading losses — arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be handled in Nigerian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your local jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms as TraderCater evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before taking effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
